The mission of KRHSC is to coordinate and provide information and assistance, referrals, advocacy, and on-going care management for residents housing services which include for the following

• Provide direct advice, information and referral services and housing counseling to tenants and home owners.
• Organize and empower tenants and owner of house.
• Provide broad public policy support as well as advocacy for groups of residents and individual households.
• Participate in development of public policy that promotes creation and maintenance of safe, affordable, decent, inclusive, accessible housing.
• Provide manufactured housing where people are in protected categories under fair housing law.
